Hoi An is the perfect location for combining historical sightseeing with seaside fun. Cars are banned from the old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, so you’ll be free to wander among the winding lanes and Chinese-style shophouses in peace. You should definitely try the local delicacies of Cao Lau (flat noodles with vegetables and slices of pork) and White Rose (steamed shrimp in rice paper), washed down with a great French wine. Once the sightseeing is over, head down to the local Cua Dai beach for some R&R.

Our driver & tour guide will pick you up at Danang airport or Danang’s train station and our first stop is the Cham museum. The Cham people occupied this area of Vietnam from the 4th to the 17th century. From Danang we travel further south to the Marble Mountains, a series of large marble outcrops that have acquired mythical significance over centuries. The caves of the Marble Mountains have a number of sacred Buddhist shrines as well as a former Communist guerrilla hospital from the Vietnam War. After check in, the remainder of the day is at your leisure. Overnight in Hoian
You can either spend these 2 free days to relax on the beach, or enjoy the resort’s facilities. You can also do the guided tour to the historic town of Hoian or taking the scenic boat trip along the Thubon River down to Hoian town market. There are so many things that this little town could offer in your free time such as: strolling around the local stores for shopping and tailoring or join in one of the fun-filled cooking class.
